Premier Fastpitch Tournaments - Help Wanted

Hello, My name is Larry Reed and we are looking to hire some part time workers that are interested in making some extra money and enjoys being around and part of the game of girls fastpitch softball.

Ideal candidates should be knowledgeable in the sport of girls fastpitch softball and be able to work on weekends, flexible hours, be able to work in outdoor conditions, both cold and hot temperature, have dependable transportation, be able to lift 50LBS, pass a background check, etc.

Some of the duties will include:

• Checking Teams in at tournaments as they arrive for first games
• Verify Team Insurance, Rosters, Verify Teams Are USA Sanctioned, Collect any unpaid team fees, etc
• Be able to update all game scores on the local display board and or online app.
• A good understanding of pool play and bracket play scoring and seeding.
• Be able to enter game scores into the app quickly.
• Be able to drag, rake, chalk and line fields, pitching circle and batters/catcher box as needed.
• Be able to put down field dry or other material if needed to keep fields in playing order.
• Be able to install and remove bases and pitching mounds as needed.
• Pick up trash cans in dugouts, spectators areas, bathrooms, etc if needed.
• Help keep games on time by reporting back to the tournament director of any potential delays.
• Pass out awards to winning teams of the championship games.
• Other duties as required when running girls fastpitch tournaments.
• Pay will vary based on hours worked, duties performed, etc.
